Product Overview

  • Fast-cutting, sharp teeth for greater material removal
  • Use on fiberglass, wood, plastic, epoxy, rubber, laminates, particleboard and ceramic tile
  • A high-speed bit made of tungsten carbide, the hardest material next to diamonds
  • Use the sides of the bit (rather than the tip) for effective cutting

Dremel’s highly-durable tungsten carbide carving bits can be used for more aggressive applications to shape, smooth, or grind hard materials such as metals, hardened steel, fire ceramics, cast iron, plastics, and hardwoods. The versatile 1/8 In. (3.2mm) diameter carving bit is made of tungsten carbide. For use with all Dremel high-speed rotary tools, the accessories work well for projects like metal or glass engraving, stone carving, or removing flash from castings. The ball shape of the accessory can be used to make concave cuts or hollows out material. The tip makes round bottom slots and grooves and can be used for rounded side cuts.
