If you are using a hardcover book, start by clipping back the first page of the book so it is not damaged when cutting. We cut this at the end with scissors. Measure and mark your desired cut-out area on your pages.

With your 543 wheel mounted to your Dremel Rotary tool, set the tool to high and begin cutting along your marked line. Work through about 20 pages at a time, clipping back pages as you complete them. You will notice that it is quite easy to slice through the pages.

We filled our cut-out with tissue paper for a finishing touch!
