Begin by finding a drawer, in new or used condition, that is ready to be repurposed. It may be old furniture that you have around the house, or take the opportunity to shop flea markets for the perfect fit! If any of the drawer boards are damaged, use a measuring tape to determine the dimensions to make a replacement piece.

If you are replacing a damaged board, use the US40 Ultra-Saw equipped with the US500 4" Carbide Wood Cutting Wheel, to cut a scrap piece of board to the proper dimensions. Secure the board into place using a nail gun, or a hammer and nails (1 1/2" finishing nails).

Using the 8050 Micro and a 1/8" Drill Bit, drill pilot holes into the sides of the drawer where you would like to attach the interior shelf. Place the interior shelf in the drawer at the location of the pilot holes, and secure it in place using a hammer and 1 1/2" finishing nails

Lastly, install hardware on the back-side of the drawer for hanging. We used two hangers, one on each side, for added security. With the hangers in place, display the shelf on the wall and add decorations for a personal touch!
