Dremel is celebrating this revolutionary rotary advancement with a tool duel. Step up and challenge the Dremel 4200 to complete a task, and if we choose to tackle your challenge on video, you’ll win one of nine Dremel 4200 tool kits!

Dare the Dremel 4200 with EZ Change to remove moldy shower grout, polish a treasured piece of silver, or even carve your favorite team’s logo into a block of wood. Without the constraints of a wrench to make accessory changes, it’s ready for back-to-back tasks! Submit your tool challenge on the Dremel brand Facebook page for a chance to win one of nine Dremel 4200 tool kits and see your suggested project completed in a Dremel brand video.

You have until February 1 to submit your challenge, so be creative and have fun!

Get to Know Dremel Customer Service


	Beth Urick

If you’ve ever dialed the phone to speak with Dremel Customer Service, you may have met Beth Urick. Beth is a long-time Dremel Customer Service Representative, based in Racine, Wisc. She works hard every day to write customer orders, research unusual questions, keep pertinent lists up to date, and review owners’ manuals. Beth also works hands-on with Dremel tools and accessories so she is fully prepared to answer any and all customer questions.

“A standard day is very fast paced!” says Beth. “It is a constant answering of calls, being a great listener, problem solver, and definitely being educated on all of the product lines! I also assist with incoming emails and follow and respond to the ‘threads’ on our Dremel Message Board.”

Beth is an avid Dremel tool user and an artist, so she loves to use the variable high-speed rotary tool along with the 225-01 Flex Shaft Attachment. She does a lot of glass etching (glasses, plates, mirrors) and has made numerous derby cars.

“I have been able to use little accessories for engraving, carving and grinding as well. More recently, though, I used an assortment of various Dremel tools and built a magnificent, two-story birdhouse!”

When asked about the Dremel Customer Service team’s values, Beth described their working philosophy:
