Let's Get Started
To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.
Before you begin your project, Determine the size of the boxes you want & how many. For ours, we made 9 boxes 6" x 6". Then, using the UltraSaw cut MDF for the sides & masonite for the backs.
Next, using wood glue and clamps, assemble your boxes by gluing the side pieces to the masonite back, clamp and allow to dry completely.
Now, you'll want to configure how you would like to assemble your cubbies. Start by laying them out on a flat surface until you get your desired configuration. Then, using wood glue and clamps again, assemble the cubbies and clamp each joint.
After your wall cubbies are securely fastened together, it's time to decorate! Paint or stain them to get the look you want.
