Let's Get Started

STEP 1

Step 1

Begin by cutting the wood with the Dremel Ultra-Saw to create the front and sides of the dispenser to the desired size. Then, using the Dremel Micro and cutting bit, drill pilot holes into the wood in all four corners of the front piece.

STEP 2

Step 2

Attach the metal bar mounts to the side pieces with the drill.

STEP 3

Step 3

Assemble the front and sides by drilling screws into the four corners of the front-facing piece of wood.

STEP 4

Step 4

Secure the hacksaw blade to the side of the front-facing piece of wood that will face outward, so it will cleanly slice the tape off the dispenser.

STEP 5

Step 5

Then, cut the diamond plate using the Ultra-Saw and metal cutting wheel, again to the desired size.

STEP 6

Step 6

Using the Dremel Micro again, drill two pilot holes in the center of both of the shorter sides of the diamond plate, about an inch apart. Then, continuing to use the Micro, drill holes into the four corners, and next to the holes created for the mounting bars.

STEP 7

Step 7

Next, attach the diamond plate to the bar mounts by drilling screws into the bars and plate, using the center holes as a guide.

STEP 8

Step 8

Then, secure the fixture to the wall with the drill.

STEP 9

Step 9

Finally, cut the white metal rod with the Ultra-Saw to desired size, fill the bar with tape and attach to the metal bar mounts inside of the fixture. Pull the edges of tape over the top of the wood so it is ready to use when you need it.
