Let's Get Started
To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.
If you are performing surface preparation with your Ultra-Saw™ tool for the first time, we recommend practicing on a scrap piece of stone. Mount the US410 Diamond Surface Prep Wheel onto your Ultra-Saw. Start the tool and move it in a circular motion making light passes on the stone. Remember to wear a dust mask, gloves, and eye protection when performing surface preparation applications.
Now that you have refined your surface preparation technique with the Ultra-Saw, move onto the area affected by rust. With the US410 wheel still attached, start your Ultra-Saw tool and move it in a circular motion making light passes on the areas stained by rust. Tip: Take your time and make very conservative passes when performing surface preparation applications.
Remove your tool and extension cord from the area. Hose off the steps to remove dust and reveal the newly cleaned steps.
