Albert J. Dremel was driven by a spirit of invention. He immigrated from Austria to America in 1903 to turn his ideas into reality, picking up 55 patents along the way. He founded the Dremel Manufacturing Company in Racine, Wisconsin in 1932. Soon after he invented the Moto-Tool, which later became the rotary tool. He called it “the pocket-sized machine shop for all your needs”.
