Sourcing and Cutting the wooden plank
Head to a nearby DIY store and acquire a wooden plank. Divide it into four sections: two measuring 29cm x 5cm and two measuring 10cm x 5cm, using a saw or appropriate cutting tools.
Drilling Holes in the Upper Large Plank
With a 22mm drill bit and a drill, create four holes in the upper large plank. Ensure the spacing and alignment are accurate to accommodate the candles securely.
Refining the candleholder
Utilizing the Dremel 3000 tool equipped with a sanding accessory, carefully sand the four holes to achieve a smooth and precise finish, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the candles.
Joining the wooden pieces with glue
Carefully apply wood glue to the surfaces of the four wooden pieces. Align them precisely and press firmly together to ensure a secure bond. Wipe away any excess glue and allow sufficient time for the adhesive to dry and set firmly.
Cutting the copper tube
With safety gear on, including gloves, protective eyewear, and a mask, use the Dremel 3000 equipped with a metal cutting accessory to cut a copper tube into four equal parts. Exercise caution and precision during the cutting process.
Final Assembly and Candle Placement
Insert the four cut copper tubes into the wooden structure, ensuring they fit securely. Once in place, add candles into each tube. Verify that the candles are stable and upright within the holders before displaying the finished candleholder.
