MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill., August 1, 2018

Back for its third year in a row, Dremel has kicked off its annual month-long promotion – Dremel Maker Days – for tool enthusiasts, DIY’ers and Makers. From Aug. 1 until Sept. 8, users can go online to DremelMakerDays.com to get exclusive deals on their favorite Dremel products through their local home improvement store and enter to win daily prizes. Every entrant also gets a chance to win one of the grand prizes, including the new Dremel DigiLab Laser Cutter and 3D45 3D Printer.

Tool offers include specials on the new Dremel Stylo+, Dremel Versa, Dremel 4300, Dremel Saw-Max and Hatch Project Kit and more.

“Dremel is all about providing Makers with the tools and resources they need to bring their project to life,” says Allison Fishman, Global Brand Director at Dremel. “After seeing how many people participated in Makers Days the past two years, we couldn’t wait to bring it back this summer. Whether you’re a professional, a DIY’er or simply craft in your spare time, we’ve revamped our deals with more retailers and bigger discounts to help you get the job done.”

Users interested in upgrading their toolbox, craft room or makerspace can also complete an online registration form for a chance to win daily prizes. Sweepstakes are revealed each day on the website and Dremel’s social media channels, so participants are encouraged to check back frequently.

In addition to daily giveaways and deals, Maker Days is offering two grand prizes. One of these exclusive prize packs includes more than 10 tools from Dremel and RotoZip, valued at over $3,000. The second – and biggest – grand prize giveaway will feature the Dremel DigiLab suite of products, a prize value of nearly $10,000. Fans that enter to win the daily prizes are automatically entered to win the grand prize; however, users have the opportunity to earn bonus entries for an increased chance of winning the grand prize. They can do so in three ways:

•    Watch up to five different Dremel videos
•    Upload up to 10 photos of their own projects
•    Refer friends to sign up for Maker Days through Facebook or Twitter
