Step 1

Begin by sourcing your palette. Pay attention to the wood condition and uniqueness.
Step 2

Cut the nails with your Dremel MM40 & Carbide cutting blade. Remember to always wear gloves & goggles when working with power tools.
Step 3

Next, Sand rough edges with your Dremel Multi-Max & sanding pad attachment.
Step 4

After all of your boards are smooth, organize them by color and size. Select the ones you want to use for your planter box and save excess for a later project.
Step 5

Now that you have chosen your boards, using your Dremel Ultra- Saw, cut the boards to the desired lengths for your box. The planter box we created is 12" x 24".
Step 6

Now you are ready to start assembling your planter box. First, attach the bottom planks and secure the end pieces using wood glue and clamps.
Step 7

After the bottom and ends have dried, attach the side pieces with wood glue and clamp to dry. Allow time for the box to fully dry and then you are ready to decorate, paint or just leave the raw wood as we did for ours.
To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.
