If you are performing surface preparation with your Ultra-Saw™ tool for the first time, we recommend practicing on a scrap piece of stone. Mount the US410 Diamond Surface Prep Wheel onto your Ultra-Saw. Start the tool and move it in a circular motion making light passes on the stone. Remember to wear a dust mask, gloves, and eye protection when performing surface preparation applications.

Now that you have refined your surface preparation technique with the Ultra-Saw, move onto the area affected by rust. With the US410 wheel still attached, start your Ultra-Saw tool and move it in a circular motion making light passes on the areas stained by rust. Tip: Take your time and make very conservative passes when performing surface preparation applications.
