How to create a wooden snake jigsaw puzzle

Create a memorable, giftable photo puzzle using the New Dremel® MotoSaw™! It is as fun to make as it is to give.

Use drawing guide to draw two parallel lines to create snake on MDF

Draw or trace your design on the MDF board.

Using Dremel Moto-Saw to cut out snake outline on MDF

Decide on the number of puzzle pieces you would like and draw the lines indicating where to cut.

Using Dremel Moto-saw cut out jigsaw pieces of the snake

Using the MS51 Wood & Plastic blade, cut out the outer coil of your snake puzzle.

Sand off pieces with Dremel 3000 and SC411 discs

Cut your segments using the MS52 Fine Wood Blade. When you're finished cutting, sand the edges of your puzzle and clean off any dust or debris. Paint and decorate segments with colors creating your own design, including pictures to encourage fun!
