Initiating a Dremel Shop Return

Returns for tools must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product, and only tools that are unused can be returned for refund.

Returns for accessories must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product, and only accessories that are unused, unopened, and resalable in its original packaging can be returned. 

A visual inspection of tools & accessories will be conducted upon arrival. If a return request does not meet the applicable standards, you will be contacted regarding the status of your refund or possible exchange.

Preparing for Return:
Package the product you wish to return in a box using packing material to eliminate extra space, such as packing paper or crumbled up newspaper, then close the box securely with tape. Then attach the UPS pre-paid shipping label that was provided to you. If you are returning a cordless tool that contains a battery, print and attach the UN3481 label linked here.

Ship the package (with the pre-paid label) to Dremel at the below address via UPS. We recommend retaining the documentation in the event the package does not arrive. Dremel is not responsible for damage that is incurred due to failure to pack your return as described above.

Provided we can confirm that you have complied with the return/refund requirements, the refund should be processed within 5-7 days of receipt and will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping is not refunded, only the amount of the order.
