Tools & Accessories:

All tool kits & accessories will be shipped via UPS to the United States DES. Standard shipping will cost $4.97. Standard shipping will deliver in about 3-5 days. Expedited shipping will be offered as an option for $14.97 and will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed on Dremel.com will ship to United States addresses only and are processed Monday-Friday during business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will be processed same day, while orders placed after 1:00 PM CST may leave the facility on the following business day. This shipping/delivery policy applies for orders shipping to the lower, mainland 48 states, the District of Columbia as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email from: dremeltools@us.bosch.com. An order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, it confirms we have received your order. Dremel reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your credit card/payment will not be charged until a product is shipped. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, you will be refunded your billed amount. Cancellation: Our receipt of an order through the Dremel.com shop does not constitute acceptance or promise to fulfill an order. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order. We may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing an order and will contact you if necessary. While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed for sale on the site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the site, at any time, without notice. We sell and ship products through our Dremel.com shop to end-user customers only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect you are purchasing the products for resale. If looking to buy in bulk (>10 of a single product) for personal or business purposes, please reach out to Dremel customer service at 1-800-437-3635 as discounts may be available for your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order after it is placed, please call 1-800-437-3635. In the event the order has already been shipped, we will look to assist you through the refund process below.

Returns for tools must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product, and only tools that are unused can be returned for refund.

Returns for accessories must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product, and only accessories that are unused, unopened, and resalable in its original packaging can be returned. 

A visual inspection of tools & accessories will be conducted upon arrival. If a return request does not meet the applicable standards, you will be contacted regarding the status of your refund or possible exchange.

Preparing for Return: Package the product you wish to return in a box using packing material to eliminate extra space, such as packing paper or crumbled up newspaper, then close the box securely with tape. Then attach the UPS pre-paid shipping label that was provided to you. If you are returning a cordless tool that contains a battery, print and attach the UN3481 label linked HERE.

Ship the package (with the pre-paid label) to Dremel at the below address via UPS. We recommend retaining the documentation in the event the package does not arrive. Dremel is not responsible for damage that is incurred due to failure to pack your return as described above.

Provided we can confirm that you have complied with the return/refund requirements, the refund should be processed within 5-7 days of receipt and will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping is not refunded, only the amount of the order.
