Step 1

First, use the Dremel Ultra-Saw™ and wood cutting wheel to cut the wood to the variety of sizes. Shelves Support boards- 15 pieces: 1” x 6” x 14” Shelf braces- 6 pieces: 1” x 2” x 36” Side trim- 8 pieces: 1” x 3” x 24” Rack 5 pieces: 1” x 3” x “24” 5 pieces: 1” x ½” x 24”
Step 2

Once the wood is cut, begin assembling the three shelves. Lay out the wood as seen in the image. Lay out five 1“ x 6“ x 14“ in a row, then sit three shelf braces on the five support boards, evenly spread apart.
Step 3

Then, drill ten pilot holes with a Dremel rotary tool or drill across each of the two shelf braces on the end.
Step 4

Secure shelf braces with screws into the pilot holes created in step 3.
Step 5

Next, secure the side trim pieces with finishing nails. Use scrap wood as a shim to align pieces until secure.
Step 6

Assemble the glass rack on the bottom of the top shelf as shown in the images. Then, using the Dremel rotary tool or drill again, drill pilot holes across the boards evenly.
Step 7

Secure the wood with screws.
Step 8

Then, working with the top side of the middle shelf, measure 5“ from the end and 2“ from the side. Drill 7/8“ hole for pipe support. Repeat in each corner.
Step 9

Again, measure 5" from the end and 2" from the side of the top shelf. Center the floor flange on mark, secure with a screw and thread four 18" pipe supports into flanges in the four corners.
Step 10

Turn the assembly on the side and feed the pipe supports through the holes drilled in the middle shelf. Then, keep the middle shelf in place by threading four pipe couplings as shown.
Step 11

Now thread four 12” pieces of pipe into the floor flanges and thread into couplings below middle shelf.
Step 12

Measure 5” from the end and 2” from the side on the bottom shelf. Align and secure the assembled two-shelf unit to the bottom shelf with screws.
Step 13

Flip assembly upside down and secure casters on the four corners.
Step 14

Finally, flip again, so assembly is right side up. Assemble the pipe handle as shown and attach to the top of the cart. Hang wine glasses from the bottom of the top shelf, add all of your entertaining needs and you are ready for a fun Mother’s Day brunch!
To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.
